When we exercise our breath we always inhale and exhale through our nose, we engage our diaphragm to let the air into our upper abdomen while expanding the ribcage to all sides.
With different breathing exercises we follow the breath to the maybe less explored places in our bodies to expand and relax our lungs.

The exercises in this section are focused on loosening up your abdomen so that you are able to breathe deeper and with less effort.
You will also explore the diaphragm which will give you more understanding why it is easy to relax into the exhale.
We start observing the pauses between inhale and exhale
Can you extend these pauses for a bit?
